Inveniam Capital establishes regional office in Abu Dhabi for blockchain private asset marketplace

Inveniam Capital Partners (“Inveniam”), a global leader in decentralized data infrastructure for private market assets, has established a regional office in Abu Dhabi ADGM, through its subsidiary Inveniam Mid Eat. Inveniam plans to utilized blockchain and AI to build data marketplaces in private finance, as well a blockchain-based marketplace for private assets, including derivatives, ETFs, and interval funds, that deliver real-time price discovery and short-term liquidity to traditionally illiquid markets.

As per the press release, the expansion enables Inveniam to accelerate private market digital transformation—across real estate, private equity, credit, and infrastructure, by providing trusted, real-time access to asset data. The company has already partnered with G42, a UAE AI tech group who invested in the Inveniam in December of 2024.

The Inveniam Abu Dhabi office will, co-develop solutions and enterprise data services to UAE-based clients, collaborate on the development of sovereign cloud solutions tailored to the UAE market, procure Microsoft Azure licenses, AI functionality, and software services from authorized UAE resellers, and advance a Blockchain based Private Markets Infrastructure
